I've always thought about geting my own router but was not entirely sure if it was worth it especially considering the price of some routers out there. Luckily I happened to stumble upon a cheap Chinese router that had ImmortalWRT pre-installed on it, the JCG Q20. Overall I'm happy with the purchase of the router and the feaures of OpenWRT. Althought, I did upgrade the firmware to ImmortalWRT instead of directly using OpenWRT due to the hardware optimizations provided by ImmortalWRT.

For my Proxmox server, right now I'm using it to learn more about Windows Adminstration. So far I've installed Windows Server 2025 Desktop and was able to setup and join an Active Directory Domain.

I tried to make this as compact as possible, which makes troubleshooting sometimes harder but it looks nice.
